Course objectives: Deepening knowledge and skills for education and counselling work, less complex scientific-research work for improving the practice in the field of culture, leisure time, media and communication of adults.

Course description: Theoretical course: Education and the culture of communication in adult leisure. Leisure studies: world relations. Communication-media education of adults – world relations. Research of adult education and leisure time – world relations. Methodological particularities and solutions. Education and specific types of communication in leisure. Leisure adult education. Media and adult leisure time. Specific areas of adult educational dealing with leisure (tourism, environmental education, recreation and sport; play; art; amateurism; innovationism). Educational aspects of the use of communication and information technologies in specified conditions of adult leisure. Practical course: Online education and adult leisure time. Planning, programming, organization, realization and evaluation of various cultural-educational activities in adult leisure time (by contents and organizational solutions). Planning, shaping, organization and evaluation of media-educational programmes for adults. Counselling skills and selection skills in the field of leisure, communication and media.

Learning Outcomes: Student performs the selection, counselling and shaping of the cultural-educational provision for adults – Realizes online education in any type of leisure and media adult education for adults - Plans and realizes simpler adult educational research in these areas.
