Course objectives: Supplying students with knowledge and competences necessary to research and to improve practice, role and importance of human resource development and knowledge management. Insight into the roles, duties and position of the andragogues in the fields of human resource development and knowledge management.

Course description:

Learning Outcomes: Students will be able to apply different theories of human resource development and knowledge management into the practice, to research and to innovate professional knowledge of andragogues engaged into the fields of human resource development and knowledge management.
