Pre-requisites: Elementary psychology and masters degree and fulfilled all prerequisites

Course objectives: Training for understanding, research, and solving of problems of psychology of work and organization, from the perspective of modern knowledge and new paradigms, in order to improve employees well-being and work efficiency.

Course description: Course content comprises the following fields: contemporary paradigms, perspectives and practice of work psychology and organizational psychology, organizational development and changes, leadership, teamwork, conflicts at work, measurement and assessment of work efficiency, employee selection and career management, work motivation and modern training.

Learning Outcomes: Acquisition of theoretical and methodological issues, research skills and ability to solve theoretical and practical problems in the field of contemporary psychology of work and organizational psychology.
