Course objectives: Students will understand the characteristics of the development of adolescents, theoretical approaches and research in psychology of adolescents, and will be able to apply existing knowledge in professional and personal situations and to devise and carry out research on the development of adolescents.

Course description: Students will critically analyze the peculiarities of adolescent development, key issues, theoretical approaches, and research in the field of psychology of adolescence. The student chooses a topic related to the development or characteristics of adolescence in accordance with his / her interests. Practical classes consist of a review of literature on the chosen theme, analyses of methodological issues and research methods and technics, design of research draft.

Learning Outcomes: Knowledge and understanding of contemporary theories and research in the field of psychology of adolescence. Application of acquired knowledge in professional and personal situations. Improving the skills for designing research in the field of adolescent development.
